Workshop Description:
This workshop will introduce participants to safe and accessible movements that can be practiced anywhere, anytime whether at work or home. Learn yoga postures that will help alleviate back pain, stretch out overused muscles, and improve ciruclation.
Particpants will also discover for themselves the power of pranayama or concious breathing. Whether the goal is to relax and bring balance to the nervous system, there is a breathing technique for a variety of situations.
Add more tools to the self-care toolbox and work towards maintaining optimal health through yoga.
Note: Dress comfortably and bring your own yoga mat!
