This session will look at the how's and the why's behind pedagogical documentation and will challenge the participants on ways that they can 'share the power' of leadership in an early learning setting by involving children in the co-construction of documentation. This co-construction can provide opportunities for rich reflective and meaningful dialogue amongst children and ECEs. leading to a more democratic and inclusive program.
