A Journey to Engagement

This training session is intended for Supervisors/Directors and will be divided into two parts:

Part One: 

Eddie will start the training with highlights from his bestselling book, "Bring About What You Think About." In this inspirational presentation, you will discover:

  • The one statement that can have a profound impact on your future
  • The importance of emotions on your goal setting
  • Three steps to setting goals that stick
  • Two ways to accelerate your success

You are facing unique challenges, and during this part of the presentation, you will discover some tips to help you become more successful and happy both at work and at home.

Part Two:

To say we are in unprecedented times would be an understatement. Five generations in the workplace, a multicultural environment and aging population leaders have their work cut out for them. Add to this a worldwide pandemic. It takes a different style of leadership to be successful! Join Eddie as he walks you through a "Journey To Engagement." You will discover trends in the Canadian job market that will have a deep-felt impact on what the future will look like in the workplace. In this session, you will discover:

  • The definition of employee engagement and the effect it has on every aspect of leadership.
  • The population trends that will change the way we manage and communicate with staff and clients.
  • Reasons why employees join, stay or leave the place of employment.
