Workshop Description: Power of Expectations
Every aspect of employment from recruitment, compensation, benefits, and workplace culture is based on implicit and explicit expectations. As a leader of your organization though, it can be a challenge to balance the needs of both the employer and employee. We'll have an enlightening discussion and our expectation is that you'll leave this session with a fresh take on employee recruitment and retention strategies.
