10 Reasons to Choose Quality Early Learning and Child Care

Expert knowledge Early childhood educators are experts in child development and are trained to create inspiring learning environments!
Intentionality Early childhood educators provide your child the gift of time and attention. They will stop and explore the new flowers or jump in the mud puddles with your child.
Young at heart Early childhood educators know how to have fun! They’re not afraid to be silly and laugh with your child; all while nurturing your child’s creativity and helping to build their self-confidence.

Strategies for Creating A Cohesive Team Culture with Julie Hansen

As we embark on a new normal amidst COVID 19 in childcare programs, we look for effective ways to establish strategies that support a cohesive team culture within early childhood settings. Gain a clear understanding of each team members' communications style, create individual and program goals, and develop a team mission statement. Learning the importance of setting aside time to connect with each team member to support their daily practice. Understand the power of reflection and the importance of acknowledging team effort on a regular basis. These are all effective management strategies that support teamwork. With self –reflection built into the session educators and directors alike will walk away with tools to implement into their practice and creative ways to support and motivate one another.
