We are seeking a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about early learning and committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and play-based environment for young children. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and implement emergent, play-based learning experiences aligned with Early Learning Framework * Observe, document, and assess children’s development and learning * Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment * Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families * Collaborate with educators to support program quality and continuous improvement * Ensure health, safety, and licensing standards are consistently met

Required Skills
* Level 3 Early Childhood Education certification * Experience in an early learning or childcare setting * Strong understanding of child development * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Current First Aid/CPR * Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
